What are some general
guidelines for the cost of the shows and how many do you do in a day?
Please note that there are different costs for each of the shows.
Because The We’re
Going To Change The World Tour takes a considerable amount of time
(8 hours) to set up and break down (4 hours), it is more costly than
the more portable Brain Show
Mania.
Typically at each school, we present 3-4 We’re Going To Change
The World Tour shows including the elementary, middle school and high
school. Many school districts host an evening show (4th show) for the
parents, as well as members of their local community.
Because Brain Show Mania is more portable and less physically demanding
on the MTE staff, we can normally present four different shows on any
given day. Note that we do offer discounts for “bulk purchases” or
multiple shows, as well as during the December- January 15th timeframe.
For exact costs, contact us at (570) 676-9741
or info@MagicTouchEntertainment.com.

What are the requirements
to have an assembly show?
Note: that set up is normally about 8 hours for We’re
Going To Change The World Tour and break down is about 4 hours. Brain
Show Mania can be set up and dismantled in about an hour and
a half.
We will require
- 4-5 volunteers (can be students) to unload the show props, but
MTE takes care of the set up. We also appreciate any assistance that
can be provided for load-out.
- access to electrical power (including 6 20 amp clean circuits)
and a person who is familiar with the lighting within your stage
or auditorium.
- space that is 15’ high and 40’ wide. An auditorium
or gymnasium that is dimly lit is ideal.
- the stage and wings to be clean prior to set up and kept cleared
during the performance.
- No use (e.g. basketball, band or play practice) of the auditorium,
gym or cafeteria from set up until after the performance

What are the suggested assembly
times?
The We’re Going To Change The World Tour
Typically, the schools that we work with schedule two performances
in the morning (e.g. 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM) and one in the afternoon
2:00 PM. The final show for the parents and the community normally
is held at 7:00 PM.
Brain Show Mania
Again, because Brain Show Mania is more portable and less physically
demanding on the Magic Touch Educational Entertainment staff, as many
as four shows can be performed in a day. We suggest two in the morning
